INDUSTRIAL STEEL DOORS 
AMC made to measure steel door sets are suitable for applications ranging from cash handling facilities, fire exits, sub stations and plant rooms etc.
A range of security features are standard on AMC doors. These include stainless steel hinges, integral dog bolts
and an anti jemmy strip. Optional fittings range from vision panels (up to ballistic resistancy levels), louvred panels, fire exit “panic” hardware, and magnetic locks.
Doors may be made to any size within the parameters listed below, and if a standard door construction does not suit, we are able to design fully custom built units.
Technical Details;
Construction: Door facings manufactured from mild steel or Zintec steel from 1.2mm to 2mm thick. The doors are
manufactured with a rigid honeycomb core to reduce the operating weight, although other core materials are available.
Frames: Manufactured from 2mm thick steel with a weather seal to all sides. Frames are available in two widths; 150mm standard or 100mm for applications with single skin construction.
Thresholds: Door frames are available with a standard threshold, or a low profile one to allow easy wheelchair or trolley access. Alternatively, we are able to supply doors with no threshold.
Dimensions: (Structural openings). Single door: max. width 1240mm, max. height 2500mm. Double door: Max. width 2350mm, max. height 2550mm.
Standard features: Anti jemmy strip to prevent attack by crowbars and levers. Security dog bolts lock the door to the frame. Stainless steel hinges.
Hardware sets: A variety of hardware sets are available to suit individual applications, as are a wide range of emergency exit fittings.
