Polymer bollards offer several key advantages over ‘traditional’ cast iron type bollards with fewer of the recognised
‘drawbacks’. Intrinsically they will not corrode and are ‘virtually maintenance free’ with similar aesthetics to cast iron when new.
Each polymer bollard has a moulded outer which is cast around its internal steel core forming a solid polymer
casing which is also ‘through coloured’ pigmented to match the final external paint finish specified.
The process enables integrated bollard shapes and patterns to be produced allied with excellent strength and impact characteristics.
All polymer bollards have a ‘hot dipped galvanised’ steel core and castings are manufactured to ISO 9002.
